How does booking actually work?

Start with a free 20-minute Discovery Call. We talk through your goals, timeline, and budget, and I tell you honestly whether Studio Finer is the right fit. If it is, you get a written proposal within 48 hours with scope, deliverables, and a flat rate. Booking is confirmed with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit — the remainder is due before final files are released.

What's your typical timeline?

Most projects run 2 to 3 weeks. The Brand Refresh and Personal Brand Glow-Up ship in 2 weeks. The Fresh Start lands in about 2.5 weeks. The Studio Finer Starter (full website + brand) is 3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Rush timelines are sometimes available for an added fee — ask on the call.

What does your process look like?

Four steps, no surprises. (1) Discovery — we map the brand, audience, and outcome. (2) Direction — I deliver one strong creative direction, not five mediocre ones, plus the strategy behind it. (3) Build — I design and build everything inside clear milestones with structured feedback per phase. (4) Launch — final files, a walkthrough, and a tweaks window so nothing ships rough.

How much do projects cost?

Flat rates, posted on the Pricing page. The Brand Refresh starts at $400. The Personal Brand Glow-Up starts at $500. The Fresh Start starts at $750. The Studio Finer Starter (full website + brand) starts at $1,200. À la carte add-ons start at $35. No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices — if scope changes, we re-quote in writing first.

Do you work with clients outside South Carolina?

Yes. Studio Finer is based in South Carolina, but everything runs remotely over Zoom, email, and Loom. Most of my clients are nationwide.

What do you need from me to start?

A signed agreement, the 50% deposit, and access to whatever already exists — current site, logos, copy, photography, social handles. If you don't have brand assets yet, that's fine; we build them as part of the project. I'll send a kickoff brief with everything I need in one place.

How many revisions are included?

One round of consolidated feedback per phase (direction, design, build). That's intentional — it forces sharp decisions and keeps timelines honest. Extra rounds are billable and quoted up front, never surprise-invoiced.

What happens after launch?

You get a 14-day post-launch window for small tweaks at no extra charge. After that, ongoing support is available as monthly retainers or one-off updates. I don't disappear after handoff — you'll always know how to reach me.
