Latoya Jeeter — Founder of Studio Finer
Founder & Creative Director

Hi, I'm Latoya.

I build brands that refuse to shrink.

I'm the founder of Studio Finer — a boutique design studio for small businesses and big-thinking professionals who are done playing small online. My job is to make sure the way you show up matches the size of what you're actually building.

Why I started Studio Finer

I kept watching brilliant people get overlooked for the wrong reason.

I've spent more than a decade inside education, government, nonprofit, and corporate teams — long enough to notice the same quiet pattern. The most talented people in the room kept losing opportunities to people with half the substance and twice the presentation. It wasn't fair. And it was fixable.

In 2019, I started PopLife Coaching to fix the résumé side of that problem — rewriting career stories, rebuilding LinkedIn profiles, coaching people into roles they'd been circling for years. The moment everything shifted came on a Tuesday afternoon: a client I'd just coached into a final-round interview emailed me her "personal brand" flyer for a panel she was speaking on. The résumé was sharp. The flyer looked like a church bulletin from 2008. She said, "I think this is fine, right?" — and I realized the bottleneck was never the words. It was the visibility. The way a brand, a profile, a flyer, a website all whispered (or shouted) about who she was before she ever opened her mouth. I rebuilt the flyer that night. She booked two more speaking gigs off it. That's when I knew PopLife had to grow up.

Studio Finer is what PopLife Coaching became — the full picture, not just the paperwork. One studio for the brand, the website, the deck, the flyer, the LinkedIn header, the way you show up everywhere people meet you. I kept the coaching brain (still inside every Personal Brand Glow-Up), and added the design studio the work always needed. I built it for the founder whose business deserves to look as serious as she is, and for the professional who's tired of being the best-kept secret in the room.

You're not too much. Your presentation is too quiet. Let's fix that.

What makes me different

Three things I won't compromise on.

01

I design like a strategist, not a decorator.

Every layout, color, and headline answers a business question. If it's pretty but it doesn't move the right people to act, it doesn't ship.

02

I've sat on both sides of the table.

HR and talent development. Founder. Creative director. I know what gets you hired, what gets you booked, and what gets you remembered. I bring all three.

03

I won't let you play small.

The version of you I design for is two steps ahead of where you are right now. If your brief sounds like shrinking, I'm going to push back — kindly, but I'm going to push.

How it feels

What you'll actually feel working with me.

I don't just want you to like the deliverables. I want the whole experience to feel like an exhale.

Seen.

You'll feel heard within the first 20 minutes. I ask different questions than the last designer did.

Steadied.

No guessing what's next. Clear briefs, clear timelines, no chasing me down for updates.

Stretched.

I'll nudge you past the safe version of your brand. The bigger version was always the right one.

Sent off proud.

You'll want to screenshot it, share it, and finally hand your link out without flinching.

The workshop deck she designed helped us land our biggest conference partnership yet. It looked like a magazine — our board was floored.

She doesn't just design — she strategizes. Our campaign visuals were cohesive, on-message, and got more engagement than anything we've posted before.
